Lol. As written in other comments, they've sent only a SATA cable w/o adapter. xD
As many others here, i also haven't noticed this item has a kind of strange options: 'adapter with cable', and 'cable without adapter'.
I didn't expect this because the title says it's an adapter, which means we normally expect it should be either adapter with cable, or adapter withou cable. Isn't it? ;)
I was thinking i've chosen an adapter without cable, since i needed only an adapter, didn't need a cable.
Ok, at least the price is low and suits a cable price, and i didn't need an adapter ASAP.
So, be warned, if you need an adapter - choose the proper option... ;)
By the way, cable is good, as on the picture - blue color and 0.5 m length, works properly.

Beware of scam!
When you order "SATA-IDE Adapter" from this " Ya Ya 3C Store"seller, you receive just SATA-SATA cable without adapter board. I've ordered and got such partial shipment. Tried to dispute with AliExpress, attached evidences, but all in vain. AliExpress defended this PRC scam seller. So strictly don't recommend Ya Ya 3C Store. And also rethinking if to use AliExpress in the future...

What I saw in the app in the smartphone-that's how it looked,
And in the description of black on white it is written: complete with an adapter, cords...
And in the parcel were two SATA laces.
